we are holding in Bryn Meadows, Caerphilly.

Message from our Tournament Directors
We are happy to announce our spectacular 20th Anniversary Celebration and hope to see many faces from past tournaments at our Grand Reunion.
Some of you will remember B.A.G.A was established in 1989 with the first Open Championship which was held at Bryn Meadows Golf and Country Club, South Wales. The tournament was enjoyed by 84 competitors from all over the world.
Our 20th Open Championship will return to Bryn Meadows on 3rd to 6th July 2008
Our recommendation is to register your entry as early as possible since demand for places is high. Unfortunately due to simple logistics places will be limited to a maximum of 100 players.
The programme for the event will be similar to that of the very first Open Championship, playing an 18 hole members and amputees competition followed by the Open Championship Competition .
As always, all amputees will have shared use of Golf Carts and enjoy halfway house refreshments.
Evening meals will be taken at the club with traditional entertainment. Non golfers will also be catered for with optional trips to local places of interest.
July 6th will see our special 20th Anniversary Mayo Cup tournament where the top 16 UK players will do battle against the top 16 International players in true Ryder Cup style.
Bryn Meadows has under gone a major expansion and refurbishment recently and is an excellent base for all golfers however we have included information for accommodation at surrounding hotels and guest houses for those who require it.
We look forward to meeting fellow amputees from the past, present and indeed new members to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Association.
Chris, Mike & Roger
